About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent with proven experience to join our growing team in Smouha. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Alexandria real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for connecting clients with their ideal properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Property Marketing & Sales:List, market, and sell residential and commercial properties in the Smouha area and across Alexandria. Develop compelling property presentations and sales materials.
- Market Analysis:Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and competitors. Provide clients with accurate market insights and pricing advice.
- Viewings & Negotiations:Conduct property viewings, showcase features effectively, and skillfully negotiate purchase agreements to secure the best terms for clients.
- Transaction Management:Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing. Coordinate with legal advisors, mortgage brokers, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Target Achievement:Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:- A minimum of2 years of proven experiencein real estate sales, preferably in Alexandria.
- Strong knowledge of the Smouha and greater Alexandria real estate market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working independently.
- High integrity and a client-focused approach.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Proficiency in Arabic; English language skills are a strong plus.
- Relevant real estate certification or license is preferred.
