About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent with proven experience to join our growing team in Smouha. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Alexandria real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for connecting clients with their ideal properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Property Marketing & Sales: List, market, and sell
residential and commercial properties in the Smouha area and across Alexandria. Develop compelling property presentations and sales materials.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and competitors. Provide clients with accurate market insights and pricing advice.
Viewings & Negotiations: Conduct property viewings,
showcase features effectively, and skillfully negotiate purchase agreements to secure the best terms for clients.
Transaction Management: Guide clients through the
entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing. Coordinate with legal advisors, mortgage brokers, and
other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Alexandria.
Strong knowledge of North Coast and greater Alexandria real estate market.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working
independently.
High integrity and a client-focused approach.
Valid driver's license and own transportation.
Proficiency in Arabic; English language skills are a strong plus.
Relevant real estate certification or license is preferred.
