Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include working directly with buyers and developers to facilitate property purchase transactions, promoting off-plan and new-build properties, and providing exceptional customer service. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in navigating the buying process, conducting property visits, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the real estate market to offer valuable recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Proven experience in Real Estate, including knowledge of real property and new-build transactions
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of the Cairo real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
