Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in New Cairo. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, advising clients on market conditions, and staying updated on real estate market trends. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to managing client requirements.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with New Cairo's real estate market is a plus
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a competitive, fast-paced environment
