Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Barsha Heights, Dubai for a Real Estate Broker specializing in English-speaking clients. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, preparing property listings, organizing property viewings, and negotiating deals to close transactions. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on market trends and fostering positive client relationships.

Qualifications:

+1 year of experience

Proficiency in Real Estate, Brokerage, and understanding of the market

Strong Customer Service and Sales skills

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

A background in Real Estate or related fields;

certification as a Real Estate Broker is an advantage
