Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site real estate agent role based in Dubai. The real estate agent will prospect and follow up with leads, schedule and conduct property viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions and pricing, preparing and reviewing contracts and relevant documentation, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and local market trends, preparing property listings and marketing materials, and delivering consistent, client-focused service throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Valid real estate license and a strong understanding of real estate principles and practices.
• Proven sales experience with the ability to meet targets and negotiate effectively.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a client-centric and solutions-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of real property laws, local regulations, and Dubai/UAE market dynamics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort with using CRM systems, online listing platforms, and basic office software.
• Previous real estate experience in Dubai or the wider UAE market is preferred but not mandatory.
