Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks will include showing properties, conducting market research, preparing and reviewing property contracts, fostering client relationships, and negotiating deals to meet clients needs and preferences. The role will also require staying updated on the latest market trends and regulations in the real estate industry.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License
- Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales with excellent negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
