Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Primary/Resale Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The agent will manage property listings, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process for both primary and resale properties. Daily tasks include prospecting and following up with leads, maintaining an updated portfolio of properties, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms that align with client needs. The role involves advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal aspects of transactions, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth closings. The agent is expected to build and maintain strong client relationships and represent EgyProperty professionally in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong client service, relationship-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Negotiation, sales, and objection-handling skills relevant to real estate transactions.
• Ability to conduct property market research, analyze pricing, and understand local real estate trends.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple listings, clients, and appointments.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems used for property listings and lead management.
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations, contracts, and transaction procedures (New Cairo and surrounding areas).
• Proven experience in real estate or a related sales field is preferred; new agents with strong motivation may be considered.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is beneficial for effective communication with a diverse client base.
• Availability to work on-site in New Cairo and flexibility to attend client meetings and property viewings as needed.
