Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The agent will also stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong skills in Customer Service and interpersonal communication
• Proficient in Sales techniques and lead generation
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets
• Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
