Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. Responsibilities include property market analysis, guiding clients through transactions, and negotiating offers to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires maintaining knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License required to practice professionally
• Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property with the ability to provide sound property advice
• Demonstrated experience in Sales and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and close transactions
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail
• Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
