Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering professional relationships. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand their needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of the real estate market to deliver optimal results for clients.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate practices
• Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in market analysis and an understanding of property trends
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Familiarity with New Cairo and surrounding areas is a plus
• Experience with property management software is advantageous
