Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are looking for an agent to specialise in the secondary markets. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and staying informed about the latest market trends.

Qualifications

• Possession of comprehensive knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
• Experience and skills in Sales and Real Estate dynamics.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus (e.g. Russian, Arabic, German, Italian, French, Spanish).
• Self-motivated and strong organisational skills.
