Real estate agent (experienced)

Patriot Real Estate is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Consultant to guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process. The ideal candidate will provide strategic market insights, expert advisory services, and end-to-end transaction support while delivering an exceptional client experience.

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and profitable investment opportunities, enabling clients to make informed real estate decisions.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals, including mortgage lenders, inspectors, and contractors, to provide clients with a full suite of real estate services.
• Guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing transactions, offering expert advice on pricing strategies, property valuation, and negotiation techniques.
• Manage the complete real estate transaction lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and timely process.
• Create compelling property listings using professional photography, staging, and targeted marketing strategies to showcase properties and attract qualified buyers and tenants.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• A valid real estate license is not mandatory, subject to local regulatory requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
• Strong experience in residential real estate; familiarity with commercial properties is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
