We're currently seeking Secondary Market Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.

Job Overview:

Eva Real Estate is looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. As a Property Consultant, you will be a key part of our team, assisting clients through their property journeys, whether they are buying, selling, or renting. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in Dubai's exciting real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored advice based on their preferences and requirements.
  • Market Research & Property Knowledge: Stay updated on the real estate market trends in Dubai, and learn how to provide clients with relevant information to guide their decisions.
  • Property Showings: Organize and assist in property viewings, showcasing various properties and explaining key features to potential buyers or renters.
  • Negotiation Support: Assist in the negotiation process between buyers, sellers, and landlords, ensuring clear communication and helping to facilitate a smooth transaction.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by answering client inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the property journey.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and senior consultants to learn and improve on strategies to close deals and meet client expectations.
  • Networking & Lead Generation: Participate in networking events and marketing activities to generate new leads and attract potential clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A keen interest in real estate and the Dubai property market.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to talk to clients and build rapport.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We are looking for individuals who are eager to grow and develop in the real estate industry.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of real estate platforms like Property Finder or Bayut is a plus but not required.
  • A valid UAE driver's license is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Serbian, or any other European language is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English (Mandatory).
