Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves building strong client relationships, staying up-to-date on market trends, and promoting properties effectively to prospective buyers or tenants. Collaboration with the internal sales team and maintaining detailed records are key aspects of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in negotiation and relationship management
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with the Egyptian and Middle Eastern real estate markets is a plus
• Previous experience in real estate or a similar field is highly desirable
