Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will manage property sales and rental processes, including client consultation and negotiations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property viewings, developing lead generation strategies, maintaining relationships with clients, and staying informed about local real estate market trends. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide top-tier service to clients.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with the Dubai and UAE property market is a strong advantage
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM tools and relevant technology
• Fluency in English, with additional languages considered a plus
