Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at our office in Ajman. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Daily tasks include marketing property listings, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, maintaining knowledge of the local real estate market, and delivering high-quality customer service. The agent will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Ajman
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant real estate experience is an advantage
