Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Lead Management

  • Handle assigned leads from CRM or marketing.
  • Qualify buyers based on needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Conduct follow-ups and schedule meetings.

2. Client Consultation

  • Present suitable units (projects or resale).
  • Explain payment plans, project details, delivery dates, and resale advantages.
  • Conduct needs analysis and offer tailored solutions.

3. Site Visits & Viewings

  • Arrange and manage project tours.
  • Arrange resale viewing appointments with owners.

4. Deal Closing

  • Prepare proposals and offers.
  • Negotiate with developers or owners.
  • Finalize required documents.

5. CRM & Reporting

  • Update CRM with all actions, notes, follow-ups, meetings, and deal status.
  • Submit weekly and monthly performance updates.

6. Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated on developers, new launches, prices, and resale trends.
  • Maintain competitive awareness.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong closing skills.
  • High product knowledge (projects + resale market).
  • Time management & multitasking.
  • CRM proficiency.
