Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
- Handle assigned leads from CRM or marketing.
- Qualify buyers based on needs, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct follow-ups and schedule meetings.
2. Client Consultation
- Present suitable units (projects or resale).
- Explain payment plans, project details, delivery dates, and resale advantages.
- Conduct needs analysis and offer tailored solutions.
3. Site Visits & Viewings
- Arrange and manage project tours.
- Arrange resale viewing appointments with owners.
4. Deal Closing
- Prepare proposals and offers.
- Negotiate with developers or owners.
- Finalize required documents.
5. CRM & Reporting
- Update CRM with all actions, notes, follow-ups, meetings, and deal status.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance updates.
6. Market Knowledge
- Stay updated on developers, new launches, prices, and resale trends.
- Maintain competitive awareness.

- High product knowledge (projects + resale market).
- Time management & multitasking.
- CRM proficiency.
