Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Al Shahamah with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, preparing market analyses, and managing client relationships. Additional tasks include staying informed of real estate market trends, maintaining thorough knowledge of available inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License and experience in Real Estate
• Strong sales skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
• Solid understanding of Real Property and market dynamics
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital tools for real estate management
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
