This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and facilitating sales and rental agreements. The role requires real estate market research, maintaining property listings, and ensuring client needs are addressed efficiently while adhering to regulatory standards and company guidelines.

• Valid Real Estate License and proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property principles
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market and legal regulations is a plus
• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
