What You'll Do
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers.
- Generate and manage leads through networking, social media, referrals, and cold calls.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with investors and buyers.
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, site tours, and open houses.
- Attend developer events to grow your client base.
- Stay updated on project launches, payment plans, and market trends.
- Negotiate offers and close deals effectively.
- Follow up consistentlybecause consistent action drives commissions .
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
Who Will Thrive Here
- Minimum 6 months experience in UAE off-plan real estate.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi developers and projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Must be currently in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
