You will guide investors and homebuyers through the journey of purchasing a property before it's built, leveraging the advantages of early pricing, flexible payment plans, and high potential ROI. Your success will be directly tied to your ability to build relationships, convey a vision, and close deals in a fast-paced, exciting market.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively Prospecting, calling, qualifying leads and build a robust pipeline of potential buyers through networking, referrals, digital channels, and company-provided inquiries.
• Conduct compelling and informative sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, effectively communicating the project's vision, specifications, unique selling points, and investment potential.
• Guide clients through the entire off-plan sales process, from initial interest to reservation, contract signing, and handover coordination.
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of the local real estate market, competitor activity, and Developer project's master plans, unit types, and payment structures.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Utilize CRM systems to meticulously manage client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Proven track record in off-plan property sales is a significant advantage. Experienced real estate agents from secondary/resale markets with exceptional performance are also encouraged to apply.
• A natural hunter and closer with outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to sell a concept and a future vision, not just a physical product.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in [e.g., English; additional languages like Arabic, Russian, Mandarin are a plus].
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Tech-savvy, proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools.
• Relevant real estate license/certification as required by the local market.
