Job Description

Oran Skyden Properties LLC is hiring dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. We are specifically seeking Russian, European, Chinese candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales.The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and investing in off-plan and ready properties while delivering excellent customer service and professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide useful insights about the market to help clients make the right investment choices.
• Understand clients needs and reccomend properties that match their goals and lifestyle.
• Present off-plan properties, highlighting their best features and investment potential.
• Manage the entire sales process, ensuring clients have a great experience from start to finish.
• Build and maintain relationships within the realestate community.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, earning commisions with every successful transaction
• Stay informed on the latest trends and opportunities in the realestate market

Requirements

• Real Estate License and knowledge of local property regulations.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in Real Estate transactions, with expertise in Sales and Real Property.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Proficient in english and preferred languages Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Turkish or any other European language
