The Role
As a Property Agent, you will be responsible for leasing, property viewings, tenant coordination, and supporting inventory growth for RAD HOMES. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth property transactions and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Sales
- Handle property inquiries, viewings, and negotiations
- Lease residential properties (short-term and long-term, as required)
- Close deals in line with company targets
Client & Tenant Management
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and guests
- Ensure smooth handover and documentation process
- Maintain professional relationships with clients
Property Listings & Coordination
- Assist in listing properties on portals and internal platforms
- Coordinate with operations for move-ins, move-outs, and inspections
Market Awareness
- Stay updated on rental market trends and pricing
- Support inventory growth through owner engagement
Requirements & Skills
- 14+ years of experience as a property agent or leasing consultant
- Valid UAE real estate license (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and client-focused
- UAE real estate market knowledge is an advantage
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Real Estate, or related field)
- Relevant experience may substitute formal education
