We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Off-Plan Property Consultant to join our team. The role involves promoting, marketing, and selling off-plan properties while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to provide tailored investment advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan properties to potential investors and end-users.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
- Conduct property presentations, viewings, and investment consultations.
- Advise clients on market trends, project developments, and suitable investment opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of off-plan projects, payment plans, and developer offerings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Provide regular reports on leads, prospects, and sales performance.
- Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and client meetings to generate new business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and RERA regulations (if in UAE).
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and off-plan projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage).
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred for Dubai-based roles).
- RERA certification (advantageous).
