Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in 6th of October. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, renting, and selling properties while providing top-tier customer service. Responsibilities include conducting market research, coordinating property viewings, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, negotiating deals, and preparing real estate contracts. The role demands proactive client engagement, maintaining professional relationships, and staying up to date on market trends and real estate regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales, Real Estate transactions, and Real Property management
• Proven ability in Customer Service with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the 6th of October area is an advantage
• A reliable mode of transport to conduct property visits
