Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at RGP Properties is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, listing and marketing properties, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The role involves staying informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements, as well as maintaining accurate records in the company's systems. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with the wider team to meet sales targets and uphold the company's service standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate regulations and practices.
• Proven Sales experience, with ability to negotiate and close transactions effectively.
• Solid understanding of Real Property concepts and the Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused and professional approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance targets.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and basic office software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; relevant industry certifications are a plus.
