Real Estate Sales & Leasing Executive Dubai (Commission-Based)
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Real Estate Executive to join our team on a commission-based structure. Your role will involve finding prospective clients, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right properties. You'll negotiate deals, close transactions, and grow your client network.
Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and close property deals (sales & leasing)
- Maintain and expand your client network; follow up on leads and referrals
- Provide market advice and property valuation insights
- Handle property inspections, documentation, and contracts
- Work independently with marketing/admin support from the agency
Requirements:
- 45 years of proven real estate experience in Dubai
- Existing client portfolio preferred
- RERA license or ability to obtain one
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, etc.) are a plus
- Valid UAE working status; a valid driver's license is preferred
