Job Summary: As a Real Estate Agent with a focus on the Russian-speaking market, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi. Your primary role will be to leverage your language skills to provide tailored services to our Russian-speaking clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
- Engage with Russian-speaking clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Offer expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
- Property Listings and Marketing:
- Develop and manage property listings, including creating detailed descriptions and high-quality visuals.
- Implement targeted marketing strategies to attract Russian-speaking buyers or tenants.
- Property Viewings and Negotiations:
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential Russian-speaking clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Transaction Coordination:
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process, including handling all necessary paperwork and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and administrative professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including trends, property values, and new developments.
- Provide clients with up-to-date market insights and property reports.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian-speaking clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role, ideally with experience in the Abu Dhabi market.
- Fluency in Russian and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
