Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily activities include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, advising clients on market conditions, and maintaining a network of potential buyers and sellers. Building relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service are integral parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Well-informed about local market trends and property values
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate marketing tools is a plus
