Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage property transactions, liaising between buyers and sellers, and provide exceptional customer service while navigating the Dubai real estate market. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing market trends, preparing property presentations, scheduling property viewings, and negotiating contracts to successfully close deals. Building and maintaining strong client and industry relationships is a key aspect of this role.

The role involves managing qualified leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and supporting clients throughout the entire sales journey. Agents will work closely with the internal team and participate in property viewings, client meetings, and real estate events.

Qualifications

Proficiency in real estate and real property practices

Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

In-depth knowledge of property trends and real estate regulations in Dubai

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong self-motivation and a results-driven mindset

Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus

Languages

English (professional working proficiency)

Arabic is an advantage but not a requirement

German, Urdu, Hindi or any other language is a plus
