Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Dubai. You will support clients throughout the buying, selling, and rental process of luxury properties, while providing a personalized and professional advisory experience.

The role includes assisting with property viewings, market research, and transaction support, as well as working closely with the team to build strong client relationships. You will gain hands-on exposure to real estate operations, negotiations, and client management, while delivering a high level of service that enhances the overall client experience.

As we work primarily with international clients, language skills are highly important for this role. The ability to communicate confidently in multiple languages is a strong advantage and plays a key part in building trust and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License, or the motivation to obtain one and grow quickly in the field
• A strong understanding of real estate transactions and market trends, with the ability to translate insights into value for clients
• Excellent client relationship and customer service skills, with a natural ability to build trust
• Proven sales experience, preferably with high-end or luxury clientele.
• You take ownership of your performance
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage especially German, Russian, and Turkish is highly preferred
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is a strong advantage
• Willingness and ability to work in a commission-based environment, with a results-driven and performance-focused mindset.
