This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, renting, and investing in properties by providing personalized consultation and expert advice. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, sourcing properties, managing property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a professional and pleasant customer experience. Additionally, maintaining updated property listings, staying informed of market trends, and building long-term relationships with clients are integral to the position.

• Valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real property regulations
• Strong skills in Real Estate and Sales, with a proven ability to close deals
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a proactive approach to client management
• Ability to understand and meet client requirements, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and identifying investment opportunities
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Prior experience in the Dubai real estate market is highly advantageous
