Stanley Haven Properties LLC is expanding and looking for motivated, results-driven Real Estate Agents who speak Indian languages (Hindi/Urdu) to join our growing team in Dubai.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with property sales and leasing, and closing deals in both off-plan and secondary market properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle buyer and seller inquiries professionally
- Promote off-plan and ready properties
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi/Urdu is mandatory
- Dubai real estate experience preferred (freshers with strong sales skills are welcome)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
