Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent (Secondary) based in Dubai. Real Estate Agent will handle property listings, client inquiries, and negotiations in the secondary real estate market. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing property trends, guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, and ensuring the highest level of customer service and professionalism. The role requires maintaining a strong network of relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience in real estate sales, leasing, and client management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Market research and analytical skills to provide accurate and relevant property insights
• Customer relationship management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional results
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in Dubai real estate, RERA certification preferred
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
