This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process. Responsibilities include property showings, market analysis, networking to generate leads, and negotiating deals to meet client needs. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Strong skills and experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property
• Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools is an advantage
