Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while offering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client requirements, providing property recommendations, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and preparing necessary documentation. The agent will also maintain knowledge of market trends and build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.

Possession of a valid Real Estate License and understanding of Real Estate practices
Strong Customer Service and Sales abilities with a client-centric approach
Experience with Real Estate transactions and Real Property evaluation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is an advantage
Proficiency in using real estate management software and digital tools is a plus
