This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent / Tele Sales professional, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The responsibilities include engaging with clients, offering comprehensive real estate advice, and managing property transactions. The candidate will actively promote properties, generate new leads, handle inquiries, negotiate sales agreements, and ensure client satisfaction at each step of the process.

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property regulations
• Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including buying, selling, and leasing properties
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with a focus on client engagement and relationship-building
• Confidence in communication and negotiation, with the ability to deal with diverse clients
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is advantageous
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
