Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property market analysis, and coordinating property showings and negotiations. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with clients, staying informed on current market trends, and ensuring compliance with all legal and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
• Proficient knowledge of real estate market trends and best practices
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using property listing tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software
• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing is an advantage
• Valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one as required by Egyptian law
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
