Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process. Responsibilities include assessing clients needs, presenting suitable properties, negotiating offers and contracts, and ensuring smooth transactions. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, preparing property listings and marketing materials, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. The agent is expected to provide responsive, professional service and represent Views Investments with integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate fundamentals.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Real Property, including negotiation, pricing, and property valuation.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and contracts.
• Relevant experience in the New Cairo or Greater Cairo real estate market is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and standard office software is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken, is preferred.
