Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct client consultations, and guide buyers, sellers, and investors through the full transaction process. Daily activities include prospecting for new clients, hosting property viewings, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, and coordinating with legal and financial stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining market knowledge, updating CRM systems, and providing high-quality customer service to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all parties.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.
• Demonstrated experience in Real Estate sales, including listing, marketing, and closing residential or commercial properties.
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, maintain relationships, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic fluency is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple clients and properties, and maintain organized records and documentation.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems; familiarity with online property platforms and social media marketing is beneficial.
• Previous experience in the local New Cairo real estate market or similar environments is preferred.
