Roles and responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings and site visits with potential buyers or tenants
• Provide accurate information about properties, prices, and payment plans
• Negotiate deals and ensure both parties are satisfied with the agreement
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, trends, and legal regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate with developers, property owners, and legal teams for smooth transactions
• Guide clients through booking procedures, documentation, and DLD registration.
• List properties on online portals and company CRM systems with detailed and attractive descriptions
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of leads and deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and campaign support.
• Attend developer training sessions and project launches to stay informed.
• Ensure all client interactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and open houses.
• Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from inquiry to closing
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
