Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing guidance throughout the entire transaction process. Key responsibilities include showing properties, negotiating deals, maintaining client relationships, and staying up-to-date on market trends and property regulations to offer expert advice. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of real estate principles and market trends
• Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills
• Familiarity with Real Property documentation and laws
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry or a related field is an advantage
