Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Real Estate Agent. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing excellent customer service, and staying informed about current market trends and conditions. The role also involves managing property listings, conducting property showings, negotiating agreements, and ensuring smooth transactions to benefit all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in local real estate market trends and regulations
• Ability to work independently while delivering results
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Previous experience in the Cairo real estate market is an advantage
