Role Description
Designation: Real Estate Agent
This is afull-time, on-site role based in Dubai, combining hands-on real estate sales responsibilities. The Real Estate Specialist will independently manage high-value client portfolios while also overseeing broader responsibilities related to sales execution, client experience, coordination with internal teams, and contribution to business growth initiatives.
The role requires a professional who is confident in direct client-facing sales, experienced in handling end-to-end real estate transactions, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including advisory, negotiation, coordination, and performance ownership.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Independently manage and close real estate transactions, including off-plan and ready properties, from lead qualification through deal closure
- Handle client relationships end-to-end, acting as a trusted advisor for property investment, ROI analysis, and long-term value creation
- Lead and drive sales performance while maintaining a strong understanding of market trends, pricing, and developer offerings
- Demonstrate managerial capability by coordinating with internal sales teams, marketing, developers, and external stakeholders as required
- Support and contribute to real estate development initiatives, partnerships with developers, and strategic growth plans
- Balance sales targets with leadership responsibilities, ensuring professionalism, compliance, and high service standards
- Manage multiple priorities effectively, including client meetings, negotiations, documentation follow-ups, and internal reporting
- Uphold Y-Axis brand values by delivering ethical, transparent, and customer-centric real estate advisory services
This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with managerial experience, who is comfortable taking ownership, working independently, and operating in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales and/or Real Estate Development
- Strong background indirect sales, with the ability to independently manage and close deals
- Prior experience in managerial or team-handling roles, or demonstrable leadership responsibilities alongside sales
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships
- Solid understanding of real property laws, procedures, and transactional workflows in the UAE
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
