POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking driven and entrepreneurial Investment Advisors for a basic salary + commission role. This position is ideal for professionals with a passion for finance and investments, offering unlimited earning potential through advisory on real estate, debt financing, and diversified investment opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients seeking investment solutions.
• Advise clients on investment products, real estate, and financial strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify profitable opportunities.
• Prepare and present investment proposals and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure investment solutions.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Achieve and exceed sales and commission targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Proven experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or high-value investment sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both over the phone and in person.
• Proven experience in sales, finance, or investment advisory is advantageous.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate (preferred).
• Exposure to HNI & UHNI clientele is an added advantage.
