Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Real Estate Broker. The Real Estate Broker will manage real estate transactions, assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential or commercial properties, conduct property showings, negotiate contracts, and provide market analysis. They will also build and maintain client relationships to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction. Networking with other real estate professionals and staying updated on market trends and industry regulations are essential parts of the role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate processes, including property transactions and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of Real Property laws and market trends
- Proven experience in Sales, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using property management and real estate software is a plus
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and regulations
- Relevant certifications in real estate or a related field are preferred
