Role Description The Real Estate Broker role at Baron Luxe Real Estate is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The broker will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and provide expert advice on buying, selling, and investing in residential and luxury properties. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating offers and contracts, and guiding clients through the full transaction process. The broker will collaborate with internal teams, stay current on local market trends and regulations, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure smooth and compliant real estate transactions.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, with in-depth knowledge of the Dubai market.
• Proven experience in Brokerage, including managing transactions and negotiations from lead generation to closing.
• Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant real estate certification or license, or eligibility to obtain one in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are an advantage.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms for property promotion.
• Demonstrated integrity, resilience, and a results-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
