About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Broker to assist clients in buying, selling, and promoting properties. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract offers.
- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
- Evaluate clients desires and financial abilities to suggest suitable properties.
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
- Mediate dealings between sellers and buyers, ensuring transparency and ethical practices.
- Appraise property values by thoroughly researching the market and past transactions.
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
- Draft and complete important legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate property auctions or exchanges as needed.
- Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker with a track record of successful sales.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation aptitude.
- Trustworthy, professional, and results-driven.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Valid license to practice as a real estate broker in the UAE.
Compensation:
- Salary: AED 2,500 3,500 (first 3 months)
- After 3 months: Commission-based
